Location was great since its near pretty much anywhere we wanted to go to like coffeeshops, restaurants, zoo, etc. And its pretty chilly. We also got a great view. One of our rooms had a bad internet connection though. We waited for hours for it to be fixed but ultimately was told they can only fix it in the morning. Had to request to be moved to a different room where there’s wifi, thankfully they have an available room although different and smaller from the one we booked. I noticed that the floor wasnt properly cleaned since I was barefoot and my feet turned black from all the dust it accumulated. Breakfast had very limited choices too. But other than that it was okay. The location is pretty good

Check in was a breeze. Ken and Risa were very kind and accommodating on all our needs and inquiries. The buffet breakfast was nice also and especially because you have a very kind and accommodating staff like Robert. He took care of our needs during the breakfast buffet. Really sweet and polite. We very much appreciate that we got upgraded from our 2 bdrm suite to 3 bdrm suite which made us really happy. The room was superb and my sons particularly enjoyed the view from our balcony. We also appreciate the room with view that we requested and was given without any hesitation. We will surely come back for a 2nd staycation. Well done Crosswinds Resort Suites!💖

It's homey and value for the money. The staff were courteous. I asked for a birthday complimentary for my husband and they did a wonderful setup (video greeting and towel/balloon setup on the bed). Even though the suite has only 1 bathroom, I like the fact that it can be accessed through 2 doors (1 from 1 of the bedrooms and 1 from the living room). Lots of cabinets as well. Sofabed on the living room is also good! Breakfast selection is good enough.

I like the ambiance. The area looks like I am in Europe because of the architectural designs of buildings and the balance of buildings and trees around. It is also quiet and secured. The rooms are nice and clean and provides us view of the outside.
